On 25 May 2018, a new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect. FINBEL fully complies with this regulation, which aims to protect personal data more strongly. We affirm that the information with which our members have provided us is solely used internally, for purposes of membership management, and that it has not been, nor will it be shared with or disclosed to any other persons or 3rd parties.
The FINBEL mailing list also follows the new EU GDPR. FINBEL uses Mailchimp for maintaining its subscriber list and distributing FINBEL-related information. Your details are only accessible by the FINBEL president, vice president and communication officer. FINBEL will not sell or disclose the email addresses and/or names of the mailing list subscribers to any other parties or persons. Mailchimp's privacy policy can be read here.
